AWP can provide a range of forensic assessments. We have experience working with individuals involved with all levels of Courts (e.g., Local, District, Supreme, Federal, and Family Court), Tribunals (e.g., AAT, NCAT, etc.), and government agencies across the Australian jurisdiction.
Please note that we only provide forensic psychology services to individuals with a legal representative.
We do not provide services to self-represented individuals and will only respond to enquiries from lawyers acting on behalf of their clients.

Referral Process
To proceed with an assessment for all matters except for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:
Written referral from your legal representative.
All relevant documents (e.g., agreed facts on sentence, criminal history, medical records, etc.)
Written confirmation that funds are readily available to pay for the assessment and report. Please note that we require payment of our invoice prior to the initial appointment.
To proceed with an assessment for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a booking will only be accepted if the following is provided:
A copy of the relevant orders and joint letter of instructions for the assessment.
Complete contact details for all parties’ legal representatives.
Written confirmation that funds are readily available to pay for the assessment and report. Please note that we require payment of our invoice prior to the initial appointment.
